Very nice wallpaper, it really shows Octavia's personality in her standing position and her facial expression. Also that purple swirl around her in the corner really makes her stand out and keeps her separate from the rest of the white background and also makes the picture more interesting while still keeping it simple.
It's a great wall paper but I think you should try to make one with a purple background that fades from dark to light or something and see how that looks rather than keeping it all white but white looks great as a background though because it makes Octavia stand out more.

White is too bright for this night owl. I would be blinded. I'd love to use if you'd change the background color to something less... white.

It's awesome, although I'm kinda spoiled with the whole white background. I would be a very good WP but I still want some other designs other than the ring and her. The white background kinda degrades it. but Still awesome 8/10 for my grades.

It's simple things like this that just jump out at me. A slight gradient, a good pose, and some simple lines. Sometimes simple is better, nice job :)
